Even though she's created her name as a solo performer within Sweden, Agnetha Faltskog will always be best remembered as a member of 'ABBA', one of the most commercially successful and internationally adored pop bands ever. Bjornulvaeus later got married to was her husband and she was a part of ABBA. ABBA was one of the most loved pop groups in the entire world during the eight-year period. The group won gold and Platinum awards around all over the world. Following ABBA's release the group released three albums, namely 'Wrap Your Arms Around Me', 'Eyes of a Woman as well as 'I Stand Alone'. All having enjoyed great acclaim in Sweden as well as gaining popularity in Europe as well but did not make a huge impact in the U.S. In the late '80s, as her career ended her career took an informal retirement.
